Changes and returns
- LIBRAFF Stores consumers may return the goods within 14 days in accordance with legal requirements, in good condition and by submitting official receipt.
- A product (in most cases a book) is not returned if it has been read (lost its visual state).
- Children's toys and headphones are not returned in accordance with hygiene rules. The toys inside the box and package are opened, checked and presented to the customer at the cash register during the sale with the customer's consent.
- In addition, according to the established rules, products purchased with a Gift Card cannot be returned. It can only be changed.
